"Quality just wasn’t good"
I ordered from bckratom.com, the quality just wasn’t good for me. I was hoping it would be decent, but right away I felt like something was off.
It looked kind of old, and it really didn’t seem fresh at all. The texture was weird too, like it had been sitting around for a while, a long while maybe.
I still tried it a couple times just to be fair, but I got the same result each time. Same disappointment, same feeling that it wasn’t worth it, so I won’t be ordering again.

"Got sorted out in the end"
I had an issue and support did fix it, well, not right away, but they got there eventually. It took a little longer than I expected, but everything is working now.

I ordered from bckratom.com and somehow the stuff that showed up wasn’t even what I picked. I had chosen specific items, so opening the package and seeing different products was a “what a joke” moment.
I emailed them about it, but getting a clear answer took way longer than it should have. It’s frustrating to pay for one thing and receive something else like nobody bothered to double-check the order before shipping. I definitely wouldn’t order from them again

Using bckratom.com was straightforward for me. The pages loaded fine, and I didn’t have to dig around forever to find what I was looking for. I liked that the layout was simple and not overly cluttered. Checkout went smoothly too, but right after I paid I did have that little moment of doubt, like hoping everything was legit and my order would actually go through without issues. A few product details could be easier to spot, but overall it wasn’t a bad experience.

I tried placing an order, and the checkout just kept spinning after I entered my card info. For a second it looked like the payment went through, then the whole page went blank. I never got a confirmation email or an order number.
I reached out to support, but I still have not gotten anything useful back. I had to check my bank myself and waste a bunch of time figuring out what happened. The products might be fine, but the checkout process was a mess. I will not be ordering again.

They’ve got a good selection of strains overall, though I do wish there were a few more reds to choose from. I’ll be honest, after I paid I got a little skeptical because I wasn’t sure how everything was going to go, but the choices themselves were solid.

"Tracking Was Useless, But It Did Show Up"
I was annoyed because my package was late and the tracking just sat there for days with no updates. Like, what am I supposed to do with that? But then it finally showed up, and I guess everything was fine in the end. Still, the shipping experience could definitely be better.

This didn’t feel as strong as the last time I bought it. I ended up having to use way more than usual, which was frustrating. It already feels like there are too many steps just to get the result I’m looking for, and having to keep adding more made it even more annoying.

My bag showed up ripped open inside the box, and there was powder everywhere. I don’t know who packed this, but they clearly didn’t take much care with it. Frustrating, and I won’t be ordering this again.

"Hard to find lab test info"
I was trying to check the recent lab results before buying, but they were surprisingly hard to find. how is this okay? If a site wants people to trust what they’re selling, that info should be easy to access. It definitely made me second-guess ordering.

"Usually consistent, at least from what I can remember"
I’ve ordered from here a few times, honestly I can’t remember if it was last month or maybe earlier—but the quality has been pretty much the same each time. Almost every order has been consistent, which I appreciate.

I really wish I’d read more reviews before ordering. The product pages just didn’t give enough detail to feel confident, like strain info, serving details, or even a clear idea of what you’re actually getting. I felt like I was guessing through most of it, that made me regret buying. I wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering from them again.

"Limited payment options made me back out"
I was ready to place my order, but the payment part kind of threw me off. I usually stick with my regular card or PayPal because I know what to expect and feel safer that way. The options here felt limited and a little messy, so I decided not to risk it and ended up leaving without finishing the purchase.
